In Winter I take guidance from nature and slow and still myself. I set smaller projects and sink into enjoying the process. I take time to reflect on the year and what has worked and what I need to let go of.

It is impossible to stay on a creative peak through out the year and it is in the still points that you come to understand what it is you wish to express and how to nourish your self so that you can be your truest self. What do you need to be able to find your flow, and feed your artist soul?
